Biscuit Crust Flan
- 60 g butter
- 1 dsp syrup
- 30 g castor sugar
- 1 cup crushed biscuit crumbs
- Mix all together and press into flan tin or pie dish.
- Refrigerate till thoroughly chilled.
- Fill as desired (tinned fruit and cream are very good).
